Jane Mandley BA (hons), MSC

Based in the UK, Jane is a Director of Floreat Consulting and provided input to the creation of the Brevis system. An experienced Potentia profiler, Jane has worked in many different sectors to assess the potential of people, both as prospective employees and for admission to development programmes.

Jane’s particular interest is in using the measurement of potential to create a level playing field amongst applicants, ensuring that organisations select talent on the basis of future potential, not past performance alone, and the implications of this in creating diverse leadership.

Richard Scriven

Based in the UK, Richard is Floreat’s founder and the inventor of the Brevis system. His academic background is in Education and Psychology. He specialises in understanding and developing potential – of individuals, teams and organisations.

While working for Shell International he developed the methodology for measuring long-term potential and founded Potentia International to explore this further. He started Floreat Consulting to create new, practical tools for developing individuals, teams and organisations, particularly in multi-cultural settings.

In recent years he has concentrated on seeking ever faster ways to measure the potential of individuals, culminating in the introduction of Brevis.
