
Developing coaching skills for line managers
Conversations with a Purpose™ is a custom designed group coaching process for line managers from junior to middle level. It is aimed at effectively building coaching skills as well as enhancing initiatives aimed at managing change, developing others and building relationships. It is also encourages and promotes a climate of learning in the organization.
4 sessions @ 3 hr each for 4 weeks, including short free telephonic and e-mail support for a month thereafter.
Managers who are interested in understanding themselves as coaches and improving their effectiveness in developing others through improving their coaching skills.
Internal coaches – (human resources specialists) interested in maximizing their organizational impact.
